Rear Strut Bar Panel Removal?

Hey, Can anyone tell me how to get the panels off that seem to hold the rear strut bar in place? I need to get to these to find a

Hey, Can anyone tell me how to get the panels off that seem to hold the rear strut bar in place? I need to get to these to find a rattle and its behind that.
