I agree. First thing to do is to check tire pressures with an accurate gauge.

I had this happen to me in the Z when driving in late fall last year. The ambient temperature and the heat of driving will affect the tire pressure. If you are close to the minimum tire pressure in the tires, a thump of the tire might reset the sensor, at which point it discovers that your tire pressure is low. On mine, topping up the tire pressure turned the light off. But if the light doesn't go off, you might have a bad/broken sensor, or simply need to have the system reset on the dealer's computer.
