I have had issues like this with car repairs in the past. A lot of body shops don't give a cr@p and just want to get the work done asap and get their check. Make them fix every issue and if they don't contact your insurance company and they may allow you to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. That's what I did with GEICO years ago and it was all fixed for free.

That's just a lazy repair job. These guys don't know or don't really care at this point. Get your insurance involved again and see if you can take it to another shop.

I bet--based on what you have told us about their behavior in the past--that they show no embarrassment or remorse whatsoever. I feel so bad for you, trying to deal with incompetent f*^ks that don't have enough pride in their own work to do a decent job. Is this s dealer? You really ought to go to area management.

I know it would feel great to sue the ba*&^#ds for a bundle, but I don't think that's realistic. That said, you should be able to consult with a lawyer for free.

Report these clowns to the BBB and your state's attorney general.

I want to do more than just give you moral support. Here's an idea.... suppose we all send email to the shop owner, telling him we think he's giving you a raw deal and his name is now all over the net .
