I agree with everyone. Don't take your car back there. And they already did it twice. They already proven to u that they don't care about your car and u. So I won't go back there in any sec. They just a piece of crap. I'm pretty sure they probably offer the insurance a pretty good deal that's why insurance come and talk to u to go back there. Insurance they just same ****. As long as they Can save up some ****. They don't care about anything else. Just bring your car to the shop that dealer recommendation. Then sit back and have some beer and relax. And also let the shop know or straight talk to your insurance. U don't care anything. Your parts is oem. So get u an oem parts no matter what. And make sure it's brand new. They will do what u ask for because that's your rights.

Stop there. GET A LAWYER! Refuse to have that shop touch it again, and sue the insurance company for forcing you to go there.... or, let them fix it again and sell the car immediately. |

And He wants me to take my car to different body shop for inspection.. Then Sue the insurance and shop.. also my insurance is trying to figure out about 60miles they put on my car with out telling me. According to my lawyer that is big crime which can lead the shop owner to jail .. which means I could get settlement money up to $10000. |

Sorry to say that in the end all you can really do is get those screws body filled in and painted over, try and get the gaps fixed and then sell the car off or trade it.
Most of the time when a car gets into a major accident that requires replacement panels to be cut out and welded in , the car will never really be the same again. That is why you never buy a used car that has been in an accident. I had a nissian pickup that was 5yrs old and it got in a side collision that needed a whole new bed side welded on, in the end the welds would constantly break, started getting alot of rust on the replacement panel. I ended up selling it off, as it really should have had a new bed put on it. But all the insurance company would pay for is a new panel to be welded in. Other ppl I know that had major collision work done were never really happy with the end result, and sold the cars off. In collision work you can really only get good results if there are only small dents that can be pulled out and fix the car with new oem bolt on panels. |

Before I do anything else tho. I will make sure to destroy the shop for their unacceptable behaviors.. |

**** them up bro!! |
Watch for what you do right now, you don't want any slander or defimation lawsuits on your end. So keep your cool and be professional.
Basically take the car to a professional Nissan collision shop, get a well written estimate of the damages and the problems the body shop did. Along with the cost to correct them and bring the car back to the precollision status. Then contact an attorney and get them to file a civil lawsuit against the insurance company and the collision shop. Do not go for a small claims court case, as they usually have lower limits on what you can sue for and the judges are usually not professionals or lawyers, some are actual average civil servants, or average ppl that ran for a local judge position and won an election. Believe it or not there is actual judge school these idiot judges, most are small town or local little courts. Unless the small claims court judge knows the law well, sometimes their lack of the law can go against you. With a civil lawsuit it will allow you to sue for all damages and all attorney, court costs. In most cases it will cost you about $500 to file a civil case, hopefully the insurance company or the collision shop will settle before they go to court. Note once a bussiness or individual is served with papers on a civil lawsuit it costs a lot to defend, your position and most of the time its cheaper to just settle the case then to try and defend your position. |
