Are these made out of carbon or the factory steel fenders? If carbon, does anyone know of a company that makes steel vented fenders out o the factory fenders. I'm

If carbon, does anyone know of a company that makes steel vented fenders out o the factory fenders. I'm not concerned with the extra 2 lbs saved on the carbon and I would want to color match them anyway so I'd rather them be steel for the extra durability.
