If you are talking about taking the regular seat covers off a nismo seat and putting it over the leather ones you aren't going to be able to do that.

The tolerance for fitment for all factory seat wraps is very small and to put it over another fabric generally won't work. I don't have a solution but could tell you that your idea isn't suitable.
