epoxy is a good way to get those broken pieces back together. usually the repaired area is stronger than the other areas. hahahaha.

This will be your best bet. Have your insurance come out and write an estimate(its free after all) and you could atleast think about using your coverage. Your bumper is PW and a respray would be a pretty big deal since its 3 stage(if you repaired).
