I really liked them except for the alarm thing. We were in and out in 2.5 hours and they treated us pretty decent. I've started the car with the key and then had a friend run like 20 yards away and nothing happened. Not sure if that's normal or not. And the car wasn't in motion. Just parked and on. I'd like to have a nicer alarm system, but didn't want to pay all that extra for it.
