epic bump... i'm trying to install my lip and see no obvious way of taking this damn thing off. is drilling the only way to remove the rivets?

You can remove the whole fascia with the lip attached. To remove the lip itself from the fascia you must drill the rivets, that is the only way to remove rivets.
