I understand his reasoning. Maybe he has a better way of opening them up that ensures a perfect seal in the end, something you can't easily get from any of the other DIY articles on the web. It's called being skilled at what you do, and not revealing trade secrets that keep your business alive.
That being said, I've ordered the LED's to do this myself. My uncle works with LED's and circuit boards all the time so we are going to do the wiring, all I have to do is crack open the headlights to get access. |
