Hey guys, so I am also running into this issue and I pressed in that switch but that did not solve the problem, no chime. Anyone else run into this

Hey guys, so I am also running into this issue and I pressed in that switch but that did not solve the problem, no chime. Anyone else run into this issue recently? I have a 2012. When the guys tuned my car they did say my obd reader was working so idk what it can be, please help.
