Gas tank cover, automatic door lock, ouch

I have had my lid open one other time while driving since '09, and I always assumed I left it open by accident, but now I realize that it probably opened due to a bump in the road before the doors locked.

One way the problem could be fixed is by changing the firmware to lock the doors as soon as the wheels move at all, instead of 15mph or so. Although I don't know how hard that would be or if it's even possible
