Paint peeling!

My professional opinion s it will need color blending and full clear coat on the panel.
Yeah the dealer was trying to buff out the stains but obviously didn't work. Taking it to a body shop tomorrow, dealer is going to apparently make my car new again. Will the whole trunk have to be cleared or just by the spoiler?
