I ended up buying a pair of kids black spandex pants at Wal-Mart for $5, cut the bottom of the legs off, and just slipped them over. They stretched on for a snug fit and no one even notices them. An option for those on a budget!
I see advantages / disadvantages in this:

Disadvantage: You can't open the mirror to see how fabulous you are.

Advantage: Should you ever need to rob a bank, your stocking mask is handy.
