Frost/Gray, does it age well? Hard to maintain?

I am going with a white car and liked the gray interior on it. I havent seen white on black in person but the white on gray made me choose it over a black exterior (black vs white exterior, a hard decision, i still think about it at times) Anyway, i hear the frost gray doesn't age well? Is that true or do I just need to take proper care of it? Is it a pain in the neck to maintain such an interior? Who here has owned a 350z or 370z with a frost interior? How does it hold up? Hard to keep clean? any help will be appreciated.
