I did the G37 coupe on a hot day just like you did... Same problem you had. I found that it was best to spray around 70-90 degrees in the shade... It allowed the particles to lay flat and not dry too fast... yours definitely dried too fast and the particles as such couldnt lay flat. PM me if you want some more pointers on the Plastidip.
