paint issue.... need help!

They told me there paint guy does a great job. The touch up attempt was good for what it was. The body issue is what didn't allow it to take.

The touch up attempt was good for what it was. The body issue is what didn't allow it to take. I might just let them paint it then. I want to get a few more opinions before I decide...
