I chose this method as I didn't need to purchase sliders and a seat base seaprately. Plus I used the Recaro seat bases at one point and hated the super high seating position. Depending on your specific seat I'm not sure if you need to run the larger sidemounts. You might be fine with the ones included with the Bride rails. I'm running Recaro Pole Positions. Seat base- Bride N162FO N161FO
