Has anyone tried Plasti-dipping the engine cover? Really want to dip the sliver part red but nervous about the heat. On the dip your car website no one had tried

Has anyone tried Plasti-dipping the engine cover?
Really want to dip the sliver part red but nervous about the heat. On the dip your car website no one had tried it and I found out the dip is rated up to 320 degrees. Not sure how hot the engine cover gets..... Hopefully someone here is braver than I am.
