I would put on at least 3 or 4. What I did was keep putting on coats until it's as glossy as you like. Put on a coat and give it 10-15 mins to dry. If you like it, then just leave it there. If you want it more glossy, add another coat and repeat.

And how do you guys mak e a perfect line? Is there a trick to it? Any suggestion

Dont you wait about 10-15 between each coats? By then its already dried up

Has anyone tried Plasti-dipping the engine cover?

Really want to dip the sliver part red but nervous about the heat.

On the dip your car website no one had tried it and I found out the dip is rated up to 320 degrees.

Not sure how hot the engine cover gets.....

Hopefully someone here is braver than I am.
