Taking the opportunity of you being around, Andrew mentioned that shipping and picking-up for the CF orders would happen last week.

We haven't gotten an update (which Andrew also mentioned) on shipping yet and we're already at the middle of this week..

He did say 1 had already been picked up and another one had already shipped but don't know who the lucky owners are..

Any idea when the rest of the spoilers will be shipped or tracking info if they've shipped already?

Andrew or Mike - I have not heard back anything regarding my CF spoiler. Like I said, I was told to drive to pick those up last saturday, showed up and no spoiler. Please let me know ASAP and Andrew you had said you'll fix this last Saturday but I have not heard from you on "how" you are going to do this....?

Ok so I am coming out here as annoyed now and I have tried and tried and TRIED to contact andrew via pm and cell phone. I have not gotten a reply from him and I am utterly amazed at how business is done here. Let me recap what happened here. When the first GB was posted I was told that the CF version would take about 10 business days to finish and ready for pickup and install. So I don't know....2 months went by and my CF add-on still isn't finished? I was told by Andrew to pick it up 2 weekends ago and when I showed up at the shop I was told that the wing isn't there and it's not ready....Then fast forward Andrew said "ok I will take care of this." about 10 days ago and so far I have not heard back from him on how this will be taken care of. I honest am just annoyed at the fact that I see both Mike and Andrew posting on forums but seems like they don't have the courtesy to take care of the customers that has already made payments for goods. I hate to bring this up but isn't this why SpawnAero got banned from this forum? I have already tried contacting them in private not to come out publicly flame them but I think future buyers should be aware that this is how my case went with them. Payment was made promptly after they request it and product was never delivered and the owners failed to have the decency of returning calls or follow-up on my questions.

I will send pm tonight with updates. There were shipping mistakes. Jake you will get am refund. It's in the process with paypal.

@Iwan72 I never intended to push for my spoiler getting shipped before anyone's as I understand I was last on the GB list.. My intentions were to obtain updates from UAM on the status of the orders because, even as of today, with claims of spoilers being ready/picked-up/shipped, there's not one single picture of the finished product..

I don't mean to flame UAM as I know they've been around for quite some time, they've provided great products to several forum members, and I know they'll come through with their promised products.. It's just taken WAY longer than expected with a serious lack of updates on the matter..

@PTY370Z Hi bro, im sorry to have said that but that is just an externalisation of my frustration. since my location is 8000 miles away from US, i have to wait for days even weeks for them to arrive here in Malaysia! not to mention that im going to be back at my home country Brunei for my semester break in a matter of two more weeks! im not going to spend more money to go back and forth to Malaysia just to receive my wing..:shakes head:

with that said, all of us have been waiting for 2 months already and there's not even a single image of the wing?? if you guys cant post it here how about pm-ing them directly to each one of us in the GB if that makes sense..:icon14::icon14::shakes head::shakes head::shakes head:

Iwan there is nothing to be worried about. Andrew was confused since Jorge had his shipment sent to florida instead of Panama... we are handling it and I am making sure that the item stays at the correct address and is not sent back.

Mike, I need to provide the freight forwarder's office here in Panama with the FedEx tracking number with which my item arrived. Could you please get that for me?

Andrew mentioned FedEx delivered it but didn't give me the actual tracking number. I need this for prompt forwarding of my spoiler to Panama.
