Too early to ask, but I plan on getting started on it this July during shutdown. In theory, it's the same process as the 350Z. You disassemble and swap out the LEDs. From amber to blue, you may want to change out the current limiting resistors and regulators to boost current supplied to these LEDs.

For the 350Z, I simply changed out the LEDs for the HVAC and door switches. The brightness is easy on my eyes at night, so I didn't need to change the resistors. Gauge cluster was another story because the LEDs were too dim as there wasn't enough current supplied to it.

For the 370Z, the speedo and tach already use white LEDs, so it's a direct swap for blue. The amber portions for LCD can be changed, and you may not require boosting the current. There's a yellow filter underneath the LCD that needs sanding down to get rid of the yellow tint.
