Thanks for the input. Woke up at 7:00 this morning and started my project. Removed door handles this morning... if you aren't ready for the Loctite screws you are in for a problem. I wasn't fully ready for em but thanks to my reading I was aware of them. Heated with the Heat Gun and was good to go. Stripped one screw tho. No problem tho. Got it out and got replacement screws. Next was my horrible paint experience. LOL. So I wet sanded with 600 grit all the emblems and door handles. Primed and painted(Krylon Fusion). Messed up. My theory is that i didn't let the primer dry all the way. As soon as I sprayed. Bubbling effect everywhere. Forgot to mention that pryor to priming I degreased and cleaned all the emblems and handles. Did My homework So thats why i think it was not letting primer dry enough. So instead of trying to lie to myself that everything was all good I scratched it and started over. Went out and bought 150-200 grit paper and sanded over my terrible Krylon job. Wet sanded with 600 grit and let dry thoroughly. Then LIGHT but FIRM coats. I think I'm gonna be all right. looking good to me. Next about to clear coat. Wish me luck. will post pics when done

cubarican are you using the correct type of paint on top of the primer? it could be that the primer was not designed for the type of paint you are using.

Sorry it took so long for the update. I was on vacation and it took me two attempts to get it right. Here she is...Next is the pesky chrome headlights. Just ordered blue paint for the housings!!
