Paint carbon fiber?

I know you can paint it yes but does it easily match the rest of the car? I have heard many horror stories of people saying the color doesnt match

If you paint it with primer it should look the same as the plastic bits on the car. If you have white it will be extreme hard to match the pearl.

Well i wouldn't let a nissan dealer or a dealer paint anything on my cars. Why buy CF if its going to be painted is the question. Unless your buying Dry Carbon it won't be lighter 9 out of 10 pieces.

It will paint just like Fiberglass once primed correctly.

well wouldnt a CF hood be lighter than stock? And I would rather have it match the paint.

If I want the paint to match why wouldnt I take it to a nissan authorized body shop to get the work done??

^Well since many pieces are aluminum, a CF hood may actually end up being the same weight as stock, so it's all for looks.

Other than say a CF roof, a front lip or some CF accents, I'm not a fan of exposed CF in the least.
