Default Carbon Fiber kit for the Z + coloring stock rims

Waddup,

I'm wondering on peoples opinions about carbon fiber body kits for the Z. I'm looking at Mine's CF front lip, and spoiler, along with Techno R CF side skirts and they cost real expensive like $1000 each. Do you think these things are worth it? Do you know where I can find replicas of these and would they be any good?

Also, I really like the color of the stock rims on the 40th Anniversary 370z. What is it called to make the rims have that color instead of the normal silver one? (is this called powder coating?) will it have the same shine/glossiness? because ive seen some colored up stock rims of for example GTR's and m3's and they always look like crap, like they have this weird gloss to it, like someone just took a spray paint and simply sprayed all over it.

thx guys

Techno....who?

Replica discussion is a very touchy subject here. I don't think the Mine's CF front lip was replicated yet though.

Yes the wheel color thing you speak of is powdercoating. Or you can just paint it, that's probably what the wheels you've seen look like.

Dunno bro I'd pm a couple vendors on here. I'm sure you'd get pointed in the right direction.

I think technoR are the VIS skirts. Which are one of the nismo looking ones or the seibon ones. No way they are 1000 a piece though. Should be like 700-900 for both or something. I have the sunline looking skirts which seem to be a little smaller.

Actually, they are on 370ztuner....

Nissan 370Z Sideskirts - 370Z Tuner Performance Parts and Accessories

And it does look like TechnoR are made by VIS just like metz said.
