So after a long back order Nissan just delivered us a couple of hoods. We saved no time and started working on the inserts/vents right away. More pics to follow...

Damn, more and more hottness.

Would you sell just the fiberglass inserts so I could have done locally? Thus saving me more money from buying a new hood.

We dont use the whole vent frame as there will be some cutting and moulding involved and in the end we will just use 20% of this vent in the pictures. We want to keep the weight of OEM hood as less as possible.

We might offer the inserts at a later stage once we get the frame properly removed and just vents ready for moulding.

Sounds good. I'd defiantly buy them. If you decide to, maybe several others would be intersted also to make worth your while. But it doesn't seem like it would be big issue other wise.

If you sell just the vents then I will buy those, can have my shop do the labor/work to modify my stock hood.

One of our customer and forum member bezzita from Australia installed CS hood in carbon fiber vents and CS fenders again in carbon fiber vents, both were done using OEM hood and fenders done in Dubai
