your tint scale is backwards... the percentages are supposed to reflect how much light is allowed in... i.e. 5% = limo tint and 95% is almost clear. I have 55% tint on my windshield and have been pulled over twice for not displaying a license plate on the front of my vehicle. They never bring up the tint....weird.
