Rising from the dead once again:
Does the bumper need to be removed for an oil change since access appears to be covered? Also, do you need to drill holes underneath to mount? I don't see any in the pic.

I always remove it when changing oil. Its like a couple bolts and clips on the top. Takes all of 5 minutes to pop off. I have to because my oil filter is relocated with the SC kit.
