Sorry for that but maybe I confused as I think we refunded you long time back and committed that we will offer a free shipped kick plates, after having 5 claims going on with fedex and we didnt get paid any of those and lost on shipping as well, thats why stopping these as a single order

Galeforce please let me know if your refund is still pending will get it straight out today

Sorry about that, we shipped it again but was fedex broke it in their sorting facility in US, As I said earlier we have five claims running with them for these kick plates. I was always in assumption that you were refunded for kick plates as well. Will get it done this week.

Replacement free kick plates will try once more time as hopefully we will sort the claims with fedex here this month, problem is they wont take these items again till claims are sorted.

Hey buddy, I just went through the paypal details, posting it here as majority of people get the impression we took the money and didnt deliver or delayed or kept promising. I always remembered refunding you as I said earlier as well.

Ok we offered first 250$ refund for the Amuse kit issues (which you know we don't manufacture but fought for you ), then you paid 250$ for the interior kit, which was shipped and only kick plates got damaged. We DID refund all of the 250$ back and on top of that said will ship the kick plates again. I attached below the refund slip done long time back in September 2012.

You got the parts for almost free and money back and honestly then portraying with words like bad deal lesson learned

it does feel bad for going out of the way knowing you paid 250$ we refund the money and also let you keep the kit on top of that also offered you to send another kick plates set for free, isint that enough from a vendor point of view for any customer? and all get in return is bashing.

what you are saying is you only refunded himonce with $250 and that would be for the amuse kit then?

you never dealt with the kick plate issue, IMO you only settled the $250 for the amuse

No, there were two refunds, we refund for Amuse that case closed

He confirmed in a pm that he did got the refund which he was thinking he didnt get. On top of that we also shipped free kick plates which were damaged and will send again next month. Keep in mind there was no issues in full interior kit Galeforce is using issue was only in kick plates and people who had these know that kick plates are shipped separate and other parts separate.
