A.J. - just a quick question. Since you built a cover for the tach shroud, why didn't you produce covers for the speedometer and fuel gauge fascia too? I'd order them in a heartbeat.

I'm looking forward to receiving my order in a few weeks.

I just wanted to say, the gauge hats fit so perfectly, I actually have not used any adhesives, they practically click into place.

Very very happy with the product, I still need to put my Shifter ring in though

Just wanted to give CS a free bump, I was able to go home so I used my polisher to remove any and all marring from my carbon fiber interior pieces, and was able to finally install the door panel switch covers.

You know bx, I'm really liking your red CF trim. The problem is I ordered my black matte finish trim the day BEFORE you posted your DIY! My order should be shipping this week, so I'll be able to post some pics soon.

I started dyeing the stitching in my interior today, and the Uchinda red dye pen I used is a shade of red that looks like a pretty good match for the red CF. It's not an orange red, but more subdued like you CF.

Thanks again for posting you DIY.

Look on the preceeding page where A.J. answers several threads and addresses the shifter ring. He also mentions that on the manual, you can simply replace the original ring with the CF instead of overlaying it.

Maybe the same applied to the 7AT ring.

Mine should be coming in a week or two, so I'll need to know this as well.

For Auto gear shifter you'll have to remove the original bezel, fit the CF overlay on top of it then reinstall it. Pretty straight forward
