Hello daisuke149,
I really like your pic's of your fairlady Z emblem and the paint mod, color contrast looks good. I am sure after you got that extra adhesive removed around the emblem it cleaned up nice. Also the exhaust looks perfect...
I added my emblem a couple weeks ago to the stillen front facia and it required a little extra tweak. Sorry I don't have any "Do it Yourself type close up pics". To install it, I had to get around these two things which took about 30 minutes. The first was that bumper was too sloped compared to the flat metal emblem which caused gaps at the ends. To get the emblem to follow the contour I had to make a couple soft bends in a couple equally measured spots.
The second thing was the 3 mounting studs coming off the emblem and the little metal hook like sleeves that slip over the posts which didn't bite/hold very strong. It's not that they were loose but they didn't snap into place sort of speak (a depth thing not a width thing). The thin metal sleeves come with two fish hook like spikes, and at first I thought they were just there to make a wedge like fitt, but then realized they would have worked with the stock bumper, but the stillen facia is a little thicker, (maybe a sixteenth). So to resolve this I just had to shorten the hook points by that amount and bend them out a little. After that they clicked into place, then added adhesive and the emblem made a secure fit.
