CF Headlights....
 

Started these today...Got rid of the (in my opinion) ugly bumps and stuff on the bottom...smoothed them out and also the indent things that run up the sides...
I am laying the cf today so more pics coming later....Progress pics ill put up daily...I took the lights apart myself but I am working with the guys at 180 Customs to put them back together and even possiby some LED work...I think for these I am going to paint the silver pieces and reflector in the lights gunmetal...but we'll see. Stay tuned!!...

Who ever purchases these housings has the choice to get LED work done to them as well as select a specific paint scheme for the shrouds, and we can put it together for you, or of course you can just do it yourself if you're handy.

These will be a little different from those...price will be up in a few days.

These are going to a customer already, or are these being made to sell once finished?

No home for them yet....I picked them up from a member on here...they will be used to swap with stock pieces so no one has to wait...

They will be plenty more guys no worries. I think they are hot as hell, i just don't know if it'll look right on my Peal White Z. :ugh2:

You could see how they will look on my pearl white, but I think they will look good. You'll be able to see more details in the lights as CF is not "as" dark as the black would be.

CF headlight housings would probably be one of the few products you could actually do a "production run" for and reasonably sell them all so that you don't lose money.

Trimmed the cf today....Test fit everything..The bigger silver ring is a tight fit but shouldnt be a problem....Gangster!!

Geez, I wouldn't make you drive 8+ hours for a pair of headlights, the money in gas prob cost more then the lights would lol

question- will there not be any problems with the excessive heat inside the headlight? will it damage the gel coat/clear coat/whatever on the CF? Obviously the idea is to not have this happen, just wondering if it's even something to factor in.

That's what we will be testing, obviously Tony would not sell them if all the kinks weren't worked out.
