Tommykaira is a Japanese tuner company. I got to see their R34 GTR when I went to the Tokyo Autosalon back in I 2002 or 2003.

I'm not sure if they would do individual custom products. And I don't think they export. You'ld need to find an exporter that sell Tommyk stuff.
