On the scan, make sure the bumper is still on the car, as bolted up the shape could be slightly different. If you're going through all this, why not do

On the scan, make sure the bumper is still on the car, as bolted up the shape could be slightly different.
If you're going through all this, why not do side skirts and rear while you're at it. Oh and I would love a copy of your scanned surfaces.
