There is a nice leather NISMO knob that has white lettering on the top of the knob (NISM in white and O in red). Again, I've not seen the look

There is a nice leather NISMO knob that has white lettering on the top of the knob (NISM in white and O in red). Again, I've not seen the look you are after and am just brainstorming here. I obsess over shift knobs and know that if I have a picture in my head, nothing else will do.
