Hood Vents?

Really liked those GTR hood scoop on the 370.
was it very difficult to do. I have seen those scoops for sale do they just drop right ??
if not what did you have to do

i made a template of the size needed to be cut on the hood then i flipped it for the other side so it would be even then i used a air die grinder with a cut off wheel...

took me about an hour to cut open the hood like that
