I had something similar happen to my car and just ordered some paint online from Touch Up Paint Online - Remove Car Scratches . it came in a small bottle

I had something similar happen to my car and just ordered some paint online from Touch Up Paint Online - Remove Car Scratches. it came in a small bottle and I used a toothpick to put the paint onto the really small rock chips. It actually worked really well and the paint match was perfect. If the body shop can do it, then let them fix it for you.
