Default Interior leg-room LED strip

Has anyone installed LED strips inside of your car?
I was planning to install them around leg room area w/o on-off switch, but I can't find an instruction to do it.
Also, I want to connect them to my headlight controller.
Any inputs will be appreciated! Happy new year!

ebay is your best bet, but this thread will probably go down in a huge ball of flames because LEDs are way played out. Good luck

If you are talking about using it as interior mood/accent lighting, I am in the same boat as you. I have found a bunch of places that sell orange LED strips that would match the gauge and interior lighting but I am still trying to decide where to mount them and how to rig up a dimmer switch.

You could also do what I did....I had a 2010 Cube lighting kit installed in my 2009 370Z. You just need the lighting schematics for the 2010 Cube and, in the OP's case, also for a 2010 370Z. That was all I presented to a local body shop and the end result:

I already bought the LED strip from ijdmtoy and I am trying to figure out where I am going to connect. The best option I have is to connect it to fuse box where my V1 hardwire kit is in. It will turn on when my engine turns on, but I don't want it to be turned on during the daytime. That's why I am looking for a way to connect it to headlight section so that LED only comes on during the night time.

Why not leave it turned on in the daytime? You probably wouldn't even know they were on. And being LED, the lights will last for years.

Why do you want to do this? To see the pedals? It is without a doubt a job that can be done. I like the dimmer switch thought. Good luck.

Two of my good friends have this and it looked cool.
It did not hurt driving and I personally do not like dark inside

I have a small strip of red led under the seats. Its very subtle and goes well with the mood lights. Can't even see them lit during the day.

I tapped to a switched fuse and using one of the three rockers on the center console.
