If I'm not mistaken, you will need more than just that part itself. You will also need the panel on the left and right behind our gigantic bar. On top of that you will need the two plastic fittings that attaches on the inside panel of the cargo door.
This is available for touring model and already discussed in one of the threads. Edit: I did a quick 30 second search. Here's the thread Rear Cargo Cover So if your car came with the hooks on the cargo panel then you're good to go. If not.. Expect to pay a few hundred dollars to replace the inside panels and also to install the hooks on the cargo door.
