hmmm is this the connecting cable for the rear foglight?

Most likely is.
I don't remember having that wire when I put in my fog. The connector was there, but I don't remember the wire.

Check other thread on adding the missing switch or swapping the combo control.

Basically if that is fog light harness it runs to BCM which turns it on based on a combo switch input. No one has posted it works yet.
