I bought my Z over a year ago and had the same issue. All I can say is that over time it worked itself out from the heat inside the car. Its fine now.

I know it will work it self out,and I really have no complaints about my car but a severely wrinkled cargo mat in a 40K car,

Come on

Would getting it damp and pressing down help?

I took mine out of the trunk. Just another thing I need to remove just to get to my spare.

I've got the same thing going. I might give ironing it a shot.

I guess it comes folded in a box so it is bound to have folded lines and wrinkled.

Little moisture, little weight, and natural hatchback heat. Good to go.

My passengers side curls towards the floor standing up. I like the hair dryer idea. I'll borrow the girl friends.

Same thing, bought my Z March of '09, and the cargo mat is still wrinkled. I hear ironing it or a heat gun works. I need to take my heat gun to mine and see if that works, just been too lazy to mess with it.

Interesting, I was also wondering why this was happening. Often, when I see a pic of a Zed's boot I see the mat all curled up, looks bad.

Just give it some time gents, it's totally normal and it will work itself out on its own just by using it.
