maybe you can make a foam bezel or something to closeup the gap around the display? i mean it looks good how you have it, but with a little more work it can have a finished look?

Yeah, the current way it is the screen is modeled in but no cover over the screen hiding the edges. I am thinking of doing a type of metal cover or maybe a similar plastic piece that is around the head unit. It all depends on how it looks.
