defective bumper mold?

My biggest compalaint like i told the service manager, this defect might get worse... and if thats the case my resale value will go down when i try to sell

1. that's annoying that so many have it. I don't get how that can be so easily overlooked.

Is it possible these are from when the plastic bumper is removed from the mold in the factory? Like where there would have been tabs that gets removed later in the process or something?
