You can find writeups online if you put in a little leg work.
I believe that the cliff notes version is that you pull the rear plastics holding the headline up, droop the headliner in the back so you can reach in there. There is a nut of some sort holding the antenna down that you'll remove after disconnecting the electrical connector. Or you can have your vinyl installer handle it for you...some will cut around the antenna and tuck the vinyl back underneath the antenna far enough that there's no gap.
