omg..... i was hoping i would get it by monday next week so i could get the side peices to a paint shop before i take my "mini-vacation" next weekend.

PS. Sept. 20th is the day after i return from my vacation and i have an appt. to have Berk HFC's, Stillen G3's and Stillen CBE exhaust installed. Wished i would've had the lip to put on also. Would've been a whole new car!!! Well.. it kind of still will be going from bone stock performance wise to new monster.

Don't worry about it. He uses Express Mail to get stuff from Taiwan and it's pretty fast. I ordered the front fang cover on September 4, shipped from Taiwan on September 6 at night and arrived at New York on September 7. Current status is "Inbound into Customs".

So, it shouldn't take long. Hang in there..

:iagree: Same scenario for me.....I purchased the front fangs back in April of this year and within a matter of days I had them. I was actually impressed when I saw where the item shipped from vs. how quick it arrived.

This actually looks really good.. I wouldn't mind leaving the front bumper looking like this with the front fang cover installed and those side pieces match-painted to the bumper... Covering the inserts of the middle piece should be easy task for the shop...

not sure if i should paint the sides or just leave them like they are..
i kinda like the matte black look and it'll match the te37's

I absolutely DESPISE you so much. After seeing pictures of your car with the black TE37's in your album, it makes me wish I had waited a week longer to get that black Z instead of the white Z I have. :shakes head:

From the pictures it looks pretty good unpainted. Then again, it is on a black bumper. I think I'm gonna leave mine unpainted to match the factory chin spoiler and plastic trim above the fangs.

Mine is getting painted to match my PW

My dilemma is what to do with my fangs... I may paint the fangs the same " trim black " thats on my valence OR a shinier black with a clear OR just leave them alone.... I'm not sure yet... But lip will def get painted on my PW Z.

I like the look of the lips I see that are painted with the black in the middle... If I do the fangs I will prob have them go over the upper black portion of the fangs as well to give it a uniform appearance..

Im in the same dilemma. I'll try the batmobile overlay first, since I have it here at home

It will be on the car Monday, don't worry. I've just been busy, I had a twm short shifter installed & it is awesome. Much better then the AMS shifter that I had.

TWM has some nice knobs too. i use one in my G. awesome. :p

I have the carbon autoexe knob coming tomorrow. All I can say is it is the best short shifter kit out for the 370Z.

It's not really a body shop, but more of 1 guy doing everything. He works on higher end cars like bentleys & a Audi R8. He did my stillen roof wing, so I know the paint will be flawless.

Mine shipped on Monday I believe since he got my payment on sunday night.

The pieces do not snap together or anything, they simply overlap one another. I'm sure you can secure with glue if desired. My impressions so far: Very Impressed! For $189, this lip far exceeded my expectations. Plus, I paid for the lip on Sunday night and it arrived Thursday morning. That's super fast shipping from Taiwan. I'll need to test fitment on the bumper as time permits
