Okay I own two Leatherman's, various forms of vice grips, channel locks, needlenose, jewelers, and many standard pairs of pliers. Can someone tell or show me what the hell these pliers look like?

Strange tools are used in the Middle East apparently. Have they figured out something we haven't in the plier department?
