Midnight Purple Pearl FTMFW! I painted my 240SX two tone midnight purple pearl and black, it was freaking sexy. Put it into a tree 4 days after painting it. Nothing ever good happens when you paint a car :P The bad thing about midnight purple pearl is that there are 3 versions of it, one for each GTR generation and each one is NOT cheap. Midnight Purple Pearl III on the R34 GTR runs anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 a quart, and it has to be imported from austrailia. Now you could do it the way I did and know someone that can mix colors and was able to match it quite perfectly.

i was thinking of sticking with a diff red... but i dont wanna spend alota money just to switch to a diff shade of red....



now... about the purple... as much as i love the color.... i cant picture it on the z.... itll look beautiful probably but i know after maybe a year or so its gonna be a lil to wild for me.... just my 2cents... the reason why i want gold is because i know that as the car gets older i want a color thatll stay timeless with the car you know? i remember when cars where painted like super bright colors and then a few years later it looks wack lol... i aint saying the purple will look wack... but i think its just not my style... bullits comment made me laugh.... the thing about the pimp color or something like that hahahaha dont worry man i aint gonna slam big glitters on the car hahaha.. the matte gold is kool too... but i havent seen any matte paint job last in guams weather... always messes up in a year..... and another reason why i want gold... i havent seen a gold 370z yet
