I agree. Be firm and don't get pushed around. Their solution to this should be to replace the full panel. You need to view this as damage done to your property by a business. The business has a responsibility to fix it to your satisfaction.
BTW, should the business ultimately shaft you, feel free to start a thread stating your review of the business. People need a forum to discuss the quality of work done by businesses. |
