Modshack-sounds good. I'm curious if your mod can clear the battery cover side (housing side of the damper) cause that's where it rubs most. The stackup requires about another 10mm

Modshack-sounds good. I'm curious if your mod can clear the battery cover side (housing side of the damper) cause that's where it rubs most. The stackup requires about another 10mm so relocating the hood side ball joint could potentially help too...unless one just removes the battery cover and surround completely.
The shaft side not so much rubbing...maybe 3mm clearance is all I needed so bending that ledge down helped. Anyway I'm interested what you come up with.
