Where to buy the fog light wiring harness???

Ok...I found the European spec fog light, but I cannot find the wiring harness. I want to get the wiring assembly that will allow me to fill the dummy slot

Ok...I found the European spec fog light, but I cannot find the wiring harness. I want to get the wiring assembly that will allow me to fill the dummy slot on the interior console. I spoke to someone at courtesyparts.com and they had no idea what I was talking about. Can anyone tell me where to get the wiring assembly so I can install the light properly. Thanks....
